Joy7 Terms & Conditions — User Rights & Responsibilities

Joy7 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "joy7") is an online sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the joy7 website and mobile application.

By accessing this page or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Key Definitions

• "User" — Any member registered on joy7.
• "Account" — The user's registered profile and funds.
• "Bet" — A bet placed on any sports event.
• "Bonus" — Any additional funds or benefits granted by joy7.
• "Rollover" — A wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following conditions must be met to create an account on Joy7:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must ensure you are not accessing the platform from a restricted region.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• If a joy7 account already exists under your name, you cannot open a new one.

During registration, you will be required to provide your name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Joy7 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Keeping your joy7 account secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Account Security Guidelines

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you log in on someone else's device, sign out immediately when you're done.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
• Do not allow third parties to access your account.

Joy7 reserves the right to deactivate, suspend, or permanently close an account if it is found to be in violation of the rules or poses a security risk.

Joy7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only deposit from your own payment account.
• The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the rollover requirements for bonus funds have been met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Joy7. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in bet cancellation or suspension of winnings.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started.
• If you lose connection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• Joy7 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, winnings will be determined in accordance with the special conditions applicable to that event.

Maximum Bet Limit

Joy7 sets a maximum bet limit for each event and market. These limits are subject to change. Please check the relevant betting market for the latest limits.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable rollover requirements must be met first.
• There is a set deadline to meet the rollover requirements. Any unmet bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless expressly permitted.
• Joy7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joy7 platform:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's details.
• Attempting to hack the joy7 system or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by a minor.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, joy7 will immediately suspend the account, forfeit all funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Joy7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• No account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).

You may close your account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be made available for withdrawal. Please contact our support team to proceed.

Joy7 is firmly committed to responsible betting. It is important to remember that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• We give members the option to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• If you feel you may have a betting addiction, please contact us immediately.

Joy7 has a separate Privacy Policy governing the collection, storage, and use of your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to that policy.

We do not sell your information to third parties. However, data may be shared with authorities when required by law or for security purposes.

If a dispute arises regarding any bet or transaction, please contact our support team in the first instance. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• Joy7's decision is final and binding unless a clear technical error is proven.
• Funds related to a dispute may be temporarily placed on hold.
